I grew up watching my mother build a thriving real estate business from the ground up, listening to her negotiate deals and serve families with integrity and grit. She taught me early on that success comes from constant learning, innovation, and putting people first. While I was in college, she encouraged me to get my license and join her team — a decision that shaped the last 20 years of my life.
